Livingston Air (Milan Malpensa) will suspend operations after the Italian civil aviation regulatory body (L’Ente Nazionale per l’Aviazione Civile - ENAC) announced the revocation of its Air Operators Licence with effect from July 14.
"Given the glaring financial problems affecting the carrier, it has, in fact, now failed to comply with requirements pertaining to the financial and technical operations required under EU regulation 1008/2008 to maintain an Air Operators Licence," the body said.
As the successor to the now defunct Livingston Energy Flight (Milan Malpensa), Livingston Air offers scheduled flights from various points in Italy to Tirana using a fleet of A320s as well as charter flights in cooperation with Italian tour operators.
