Livingston Air (Milan Malpensa) says the Italian civil aviation regulatory body (L’Ente Nazionale per l’Aviazione Civile - ENAC) has revoked a previous decision to suspend the carrier's Air Operators Licence with effect from July 14.
"All connections continue regularly and are confirmed as planned. At the same time tickets, reservations and contracts will be honored without any interruption, even after July 14, 2014. Starting from July 1, 2014, scheduled flights will be available for purchase via the Company website, call center and GDS," the carrier said.
Earlier this week, the carrier applied to an Italian court for bankruptcy protection with a judicial commissioner having now been appointed to oversee the carrier's operations and to ensure it meets its financial and contractual obligations.
