Belgian firm, The Aviation Factory, has announced it has disposed of most of its shares in Take Air (Antwerp), Europe's first all-you-can-fly membership airline which launched earlier this year.
In a statement, the aviation start-up incubator's founder Carl Legein said his company had decided to end its relationship with Take Air's General Manager, Matthieu Dardenne, as their "vision was no longer in sync."
The Aviation Factory did not disclose whom it had sold 'most' of its shares in Take Air to.
The firm has helped establish various other operations around the world including Jethopper and VizionAir (Antwerp) in Belgium and Gaborone Express in Botswana.
Take Air currently offers daily return flights between Antwerp and Zurich using Beech (twin turboprop) King Air 200s and 350s operated by Abelag Aviation (Brussels National).
