DAC Aviation East Africa (Nairobi Wilson) has taken delivery of its first Airbus CN-295 following the arrival of 5Y-TMP (msn 167) in East Africa late last month.
According to Skyliner Aviation, the turboprop was ferried to Nairobi Wilson from Sevilla via Malta International and Aswan over the course of August 27 and 28. It will shortly be deployed into service for the United Nations Humanitarian Air Service.
DAC East Africa also operates one CRJ200 (stored), one Dash 8-100, one Dash 8-400, de Havilland 5 Buffalos, Cessna (single turboprop) 208B EX Grand Caravans, and Cessna CJ4s on flights for humanitarian and peacekeeping missions.
