Livingston Energy Flight (Milan Malpensa) has signed a joint venture agreement with Elite Aviation (United Arab Emirates) (Abu Dhabi Intl). Livingston is planning to replace its three A321-200s by four to six A320-200s and to operate some joint A320-200 services with Elite Aviation. It is also planning to add a fourth A330-200 for long-haul services. Livingston is considering adding scheduled domestic services in Italy to its network as well.
