Livingston Energy Flight (Milan Malpensa) has been acquired by a group of investors led by Riccardo Toto, the son of Air One (AP/Rome Fiumicino) founder Carlo Toto. It is planning to resume passenger charter operations from Milan Malpensa and other airports in 2012 under new ownership.
