Avcon Jet (AOJ, Vienna) has integrated all three of its Austrian Air Operator's Certificates (AOC) - Avcon Jet itself, International Jet Management, and JET24 - into a single framework under a unified oversight by the Austrocontrol.

"Previously, each AOC required independent processes, audits, and manuals, which created considerable administrative work. With the new system in place, these tasks are now integrated, offering significant improvements in both time and cost management," the business aviation firm said.

The three AOCs will now undergo joint audits by the regulator. They will also maintain a single set of manuals. Despite the integration, Avcon Jet will retain the three AOCs as separate units.

Avcon Jet operates 40 business jets of various types and size categories registered in Austria and one GVII-G500 registered in Czechia. The operator also has separate AOCs in Malta and San Marino. International Jet Management operates thirteen aircraft registered in Austria and two in Germany, while JET24's Austria-registered fleet comprises a single Cessna Citation XLS.

The three companies partially have the same shareholders, represented by a Viennese law firm Schweitzer + Partner. Through SecuTrust GmbH, the owner(s) control a 100% stake in International Jet Management, a 75% stake in JET24, and a 44.2% stake in Avcon Jet. Avcon Jet's other large shareholder is a Cypriot firm, Marblealpha Enterprises Limited, with a 40% stake.
